Shipping

Our items can take up to 5 business days to process. If you selected "USPS Standard Shipping", expect to receive your order within 3-7 business days from date of purchase.  

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

We ship everywhere within the United States. Currently, we do not offer International shipping, but this is subject to change.

If the order hasn't shipped yet, we can still change the address for you. Changing order information may delay the shipment.

Yes, please contact us to see what's available for expedited shipping methods.

Yes, most items can be delivered to P.O. Boxes, however, there are a few size limitations.

If it has been more than 2 days since your order has shipped and movement is not reflected on the carrier's website or 72 hours since the last tracking update, please contact us at info@nutraesse.com for further assistance. 

Orders are shipped via USPS to you.

Returns and exchanges

You may use the shipping carrier of your choice to ship returns. Please use adequate protection for fragile items.

We accept returns up to 14 days from the original date of delivery. If you'd like to complete a return, please be sure to ship the item within this 14 day period.
