Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date your package is delivered. If products have been opened, you will receive a store credit if returned within the 30 days. Please provide us with your order number and email address with your return.

Please note that we do not refund return shipping and we cannot issue refunds or store credit past 30 days. We also do not refund original shipping charges unless the return was a result of an error.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days, or you will be issue a store credit if you are returning an item that has been opened.

NutraEsse monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns. Returns are subject to validation and approval at NutraEsse's discretion. Our return policy is subject to change at any time.
